  7. “get rid of hip fat”… wtf, you cant spot reduce, when you burn fat your burn it everywhere, these exercises will just tone the area up, just keep up with the cardio and the fat will burn off

  9. i’ve been doing 1/2 of cardio, situps and other various exercises each day. i’ve been losing weight from my tummy, hips, legs and arms and i feel great!

  11. It’s funny that he would title it how to get rid of hip fat, even though there’s no such thing as targeted fat burning. He even mentions it in the video.

    He called the hamstrings hip flexors too.
