Wheres The Inside Of Your Foot What Part Should Use So I Can Curve A Soccer Ball?
->
I need to know so when i kick a soccer ball and curve it with the inside of my foot i will know what part in the insdie of my foot should i hit it
Where the “ball” (protuding bone) is on the inside of your foot – at the base of the big toe, on the side – that is where you want to hit it if you want to get maximum power. Hitting it here will give it some curve from right-to-left when using the right foot. For curving the opposite way, hitting on the laces, or ‘cutting’ across the ball should give the opposite effect, i.e. left-to-right if using the right foot. Really whipping your foot through the ball with the outside of the foot – on the part above your outside toes – will give the maximum swerve, but it is hard to hit this way with power and accuracy.

To curl the ball using your inside foot:
The area is ideally between your toe and the middle of your foot.
To successfully curl the ball:
The way you kick is not that important but as long as you swing your leg in a V-shape, the ball will curl.
As you place the ball, imagine a straight line between the ball and the object:
1. As you kick, your body ( chest ) must face the object to determine it’s accuracy.
2. Kick the ball and follow through about a 45 degrees swing to curl the ball.
If you imagine that you foot is divided into quarters
You want to use the top left quarter (not your instep, just slightly above) and try and get your foot underneath the ball and connecting with the bottom right of the ball if you are right footed.
if you are using the inside of the foot to curve it than use a little above where the middle of your arch is… if you are using the outside of your foot than use right where the bone is in the middle of the outside of your foot
Try hitting it with the shoe’s laces (inside upper area). This way it can give the ball an curb effect
if you want a strong curve then use the part of your leg just above the part u pass with.
you hit it with side of your food right below your big toe
