		<description>Try doing a set of 10X100 meter sprints than rest,
than try doing 2 sets of countdown which is basically
jog 10 seconds than sprint 10 seconds than jog 20 than sprint 20, basically go up to 1 minute than go back all the way back to 10, trust me this is hard</description>
