What Sort Of Asana Shall We Do Before Meditation?
It is wise to do some pranyama before meditation, what about asana then? If yes, what asana should be done and for what duration?
Please advise.

It’s a pretty good idea to go for Aasana before Pranayam. Pranayam provied you the vital energy and to go for meditation than is to absorb the energy. Alongside you definitely should go for Surya Namaskar if doing early in the morning. Surya Namaskar is miraculously helpful for invoking concentration.

You can start with surya namaskar for warming up, then do the asanas folllowed by pranayama. After that your body will be in a peak condition to concentrate on meditation.
