Try yogatoday.com for free yoga class videos. You can also check out websites like yogajournal.com for much of the same info you will find in books and not spend the money. You will need a yoga mat though to get started. Good luck and have fun with it!

Yoga is a great workout: good choice!
You should be able to find Gaiam’s videos at Target. They make some of the best yoga videos available. They also make a line of yoga accessories: mats, bricks, straps, etc. These items are not necessary — with the possible exception of the mat — with the use of the video.
