So my question is: can I obtain a yoga license in the US and still teach in another country or, get a license in another country but teach in the US?
I would appreciate any help on this issue of whether a Yoga license is international or domestic,

From what I understand, at least in the US, there really isn’t such a thing as a license. There is certification, but it is not really regulated. One group that tries to make sure that trainings are valuable and something like accredited in the US is the Yoga Alliance. If you are RYT, that means Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. Other groups may offer a CYT, meaning Certified. Technically, you don’t even have to have a clue to teach yoga, which is why you should always know who is certifying your teachers. Some places will mail you a certificate if you pay $60 and take a scantron, which opens up huge liability issues.
I’m not sure how these would translate internationally, but if you joined an ashram after going abroad and “showed your stuff” you’d probably be fine.
Be advised, if you get certified through an official Iyengar center, you have to promise not to practice or teach other forms.

The governing bodies for football in Ireland are..
FAI for Rep. O Ireland. IFA for Northern Ireland.
I am sure as young as 16 can get into the starter tiers of coaching. Mostly that covers first aid, organizing, and basic skills, safety.
