Have yoga pants made sweatpants go out of style? I rarely ever see women wearing sweatpants anymore &#8212; just yoga pants.<br />
<hr />sweatpants or trackies as i prefer to call them are the bomb&#8230; yoga pants are the summer alternative and they are dang comfy so good on ya!!!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well i&#8217;ve started my brand new work out regime, it&#8217;s day 3 of it. I wake up in the morning,I run on the treadmil for 30-45 or 60 mins ( whatever i have time for) then i do slim in 6 which is roughly 45 mins of cardio, resistance training with resistance bands, abs etc. and then i end  my work out with a 80 min session at my local birkham yoga studio. yoga done in a 105 degree room. Then when i get home from school and work which is at 10pm, i do some light jogging on the treadmil for just 30 mins.<br />
 I also eat very small meals and drink tons of water.. do you think i will get very good results if i&#8217;m doing this 6 days out of the week.<br />
I&#8217;m aiming to lose 15-20 pounds in 6-8 weeks.<br />
do u think with this plan ive made up for myself, i will reach my goal quickly?<br />
<hr />you may lose weight, but it won&#8217;t be fat unfortunately. the most a body can lose is 2lbs per week of fat. anymore than that is muscle and water.<br />
post up your height, weight, age.<br />

you need 2100 calories per day to maintain your current weight. to lose 1lb of fat per week drop down to 1600 calories per day. this will do more for you than all the exercises in the world. i&#8217;d also cut back on how much cardio you do. do it for 2 consecutive days then have a break. pushing yourself too hard will have negative consequences. also have shorter times. an hour is heaps for cardio.<br />
for your meals if you don&#8217;t reach enough calories per day, you WILL NOT lose weight. your body will start to hold onto anything it can get, and will use muscle instead of fat for it&#8217;s energy sources (this is called a catabolic state and is not good).<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of people have memories in their life. My fondest memory I had was my senior year. I went to Bishop DuBourg High school all four years. I graduated in 2005. I have three fondest memory of my senior year. I went to state for soccer, my senior service project, and project graduation.<br />
The first, memory I had was that our team were runner up for state championship game. It been years that are girl soccer team ever made it to state. I was excited because nobody thought we could make it that far. Our coach was so proud of us for making that far. It was a bit disappointing not winning but we worked very hard on getting there. Also, we have a plaque with all of our names on the wall of the gym.<br />
My second, memory was my senior service project. Some people would be like “Why would you want to do a senior service project?” I had to chose a place to volunteer for two to three weeks because I needed about 72 hours before graduation. I chose Bethesda nursing home to volunteer because my sister-in-law works there and the elderly people needed someone to talk to. I would help out with activity, exercise, and I would take them to therapy. Also, I would talk and listen to them. I had a lot of fun. When I have time, once in a while I come back and visit them.<br />
The third memory I had was project graduation. Most of the class of 2005 went to Concord Sport for project graduation. It was a lock in all night till 6 am. I had different choices to choose from. There were two indoor soccer field, two volleyball courts, basketball court, a swimming pool, a character drawing, and a hypnotist came later on that night. I got to see all my friends again before they went our separate ways.<br />
In conclusion, I thought senior was the best because a lot happen, it was our last year. It went by so fast. It was a lot of fun. I will always remember senior year.<br />
<hr />I assume you&#8217;re looking for ways to make it longer. I suggest instead you cut it shorter and start building from there. The paper is supposed to be on your fondest MEMORY, not MEMORIES. Pick one (I&#8217;d use the senior service project) and embellish it. Add details. For example, explain what the purpose is of a senior service project  (so what if everyone already knows). Tell how you felt on your way to the nursing home the first time. What were you thinking? Then describe the nursing home &#8211; what it looks like, how it made you feel, even what it smells like. Talk about the elderly people you met. Did they have any stories that you remember in particular? Choose two or three people that were especially memorable and describe them in detail &#8211; what they looked like, sounded like, if they had any physical challenges, how they faced those challenges. What did you talk about with them? Did they like to hear about your activities, or did they mostly want to talk about their own families and memories? What kind of therapy did they have? Describe the process, how it made them feel, if they said. Tell how you felt when the project ended. Did your opinion change after the experience?<br />
The details are what make the paper interesting.</p>
