    it is cardio, meaning it helps your heart.
    what stresses your heart is a bad diet and over exercising.

  7. when your doing this can you take breaks between each exercise and circuit or does it have to be done 3 times with absolutely no rest?

  8. @sxcbunny12 you can start by holding a push position until muscle failure. Keep doing this once each time before u sleep. You’ll get better. After the first pushup, you will improve at an exponential rate.

  9. wow people u can even do 3 sec. of push up..i doo 5 minutes of curl ups nd 5 mins of push up every day nd im in good shape with six packs

  11. this will actually work, it might look easy but doing it three times will tone the muscle in your body and burn fat. It might not have anything to do with the stomach but when you lose weight, you lose it everywhere not just in the area your trying to tone down.

  30. @ColbyAllison87 Good Point. When you say you were in shape in no time, that is because your body was not used to the physical stress you were putting on it. You were working your legs which I am sure hadn’t without the bike so your body had to dig into your existing fat levels to occupy the extra stress on your body. Congratulations and good luck if your goal is to get a 6 pack.

    I still don’t have a 6 pack, but I feel a lot healthier.

  36. When he says “the more cardio you do the more efficient you become” YES this means you can go for longer…. The longer you go the more calories you burn, the more calories you burn the more fat you lose! You don’t see overweight long distance runners do you….. He’s just making something so easy, sound so hard and time consuming
