How Soon Will I See Results Of Taking Yoga If I Practice 1.5 Hours Everyday?
I’ll be taking heated yoga (90-95 degrees F) and I heard it’s a pretty intense type (power yoga). This is my first time and I’m looking for toning, strength and concentration.
For any Yoga method 5 things you should follow:-
1) Proper Diet
2) Proper Breathing
3) Proper Exercise
4) Proper Meditation
5) Proper relaxation
Dont worry about figure it will become automatically correct after some weeks. You just concentrate on your Poses

when you are in the initial stages don’t strain for 180 minutes. start with 45 to 60 minutes and slowly with every asanam you can increase the time and 3-4 hours in the stages is possible. within a month you can get results. you will be toned up and full of energy and as strong as iron mentally and physically. slowly come to complicated asanams from simple one. exile, inhale and perfect pranayamam will give pure Oxygen pumping in to your lungs you can feel. eyes will be sparkling. try healthy and vegetarian food . do not drink alcoholic items.all the best

Going into overdrive with yoga may not produce the desired results. Start with simple asanas and for a short duration and gradually increase the duration or repetition of asanas.
I suggest try some simple hath yoga poses or yoga breathing before starting power yoga. You can get some useful information in this free yoga coursehttp://free-course.onlineyogaspace.com

if you do it every day, you will see the results pretty quickly, even after a few days.
make sure you take one day off a week though.
make sure you drink lots of water.
