How Much Time Will It Take To Learn And Activate The Kundalini Yoga?
hi i am beginners in yoga i want to know how long will it take to learn the Kundalini and activate the Kundalini and i have asked one yoga master he is telling that it will take 9 years to activate and they wont provide food for 41 days while training is that true ? is there anybody who experienced the kundalini ?
Trying to raise Kundalini just by yoga practices depends on
1. The age
2.The sex
3. The living conditions
4.The general health
5. The regularity in practice & the dietary regulations
6. Above all a teacher who is well versed on this science.
However, I wish to say some thing more on ths:
raising of Kundalini is more or less reaching the “Super manhood”.
It is a a bye product of spiritual evolution. It is an effect.
As a flower blossoms in exact favouable conditions so the Kundalini raises on proper maturity.
Yoga, pranayama etc can be only supporting elements.
Mind you it is not a mechanical process as many people think..
Proper work, devotion, gnana accompanied by some amount of yoga practices may bring the proper result.
Short-cuts may lead us to some extra sensory experiences – which are again a “show” as this world is..
Please Hurry Slowly, but definitely.

Your yoga master is obviously going to know more about the subject than anyone on here. I would say listen to his opinion first.

You will find many teachers but you wont find ANY who has experienced this.
Please don’t waste your time and money. Practice Rajayoga (Nishchindana) daily without any expense and you will reach your goal. Rajayoga is the king of all yogas. Very simple to do. Shut your eyes and concentrate in the middle of your eyebrows. Contact me if needed.
If the runway is ready aircraft can fly otherwise it would crash.
Same is true with kundalini. Its runway has to be kept ready for it to fly off.
Kundalini preparation is getting its runway ready. It may take a year or life times. If kundalini rises without adequate preparation it can make life miserable. If its runway is ready, it can rise and fly in split second.
It is advisable to to remove all the blocks from its route prior to raising it. Its advised to follow a Kundalini coach (guru) who has crossed this path.

I think you must b kidding…have u even any idea what kundalini is all about????.Premature activation of kundalini can lead to horrible disasters like serious illness, psychosis and even death.Only when God wills so should kundalini b awakened- naturally n slowly.And that kind of activation is rare of rarest.Rest of them usually spell doom and destruction alone
