For Bikram Yoga Do I Need To Buy A Skidless Yoga Mat?
I’m noticing skidless mats and skidless towels sold on the internet – I guess they’re similar but not exactly the same. Please comment if you know alot about Bikram. I’m thinking of starting because a major Bikram studio is right across the street from where I live. In other words, I’m a true beginner, a total noob. Thanks.
Hi, you don’t need a skidless mat to practice Bikram yoga.
A lot of guys would walk across the street and ask somebody at the studio. I suppose an answer has more weight if it comes from some stranger more than a thousand miles away.
