Can U Help Me In Losing Weight Give Me Some Yoga Steps?
hi my weight is 84 and i want to lose it and my age is 15 can u help me plz tell me some exercise and yoga which i do at home
mix two tea spoons of honey in one glass of water and have it in the morning. This may take a long time to reduce weight but no side effects.

No worries man, I weight 157 llbs! But I will help you and these exercise will do the tricks, ok, ready?
- Every day, exercise 2 times a day like 3:00-3:30pm and 7:00-7:30pm for example,and while doing that put some music on every time you do it so you can feel the beat, for example, each song of the music requires each exercise like this song is one for sit up and the other one is push ups and so on.
-Every sunday night , try and weight again, see if it is really do the tricks, I do that and it help me.
-Every day, eat at least 2 orange or strawberries, they are the best vitamin c there is!

when it comes to yoga,one needs to learn from a professional yoga teacher.so if want to start with yoga..you must learn first.but there’s is another excellent way of reducing your extra pounds…start with your walking regime..do brisk walking everyday and you must also cut down your fatty foods..skip on to veggies and fruits.A brisk walk of 45 minutes everyday would surely help your problem..Good luck..
