If there was a simple yoga pose to get rid of pot-belly, everyone in the world would be a size zero with washboard abs. To lose weight from your midsection you need to eat a balanced diet free from processed foods, drink lots of water, and do regular cardiovascular exercise. You need cardio- whether it’s a step class, jogging, riding a bicycle or swimming.

  2. Just do crunches. Not full sit ups, crunches. Suck in your stomach as far as you can, and slowly crunch (lift the shoulder blades off the ground while leaving the small of your back mostly planted).
    Start with a few, and add one more every night. Do it every day. Just do not keep crunching if you back starts to hurt. Stop for the night.
    Within a month, you will see results. Take a before polaroid to guage progress.
